Now, my biggest personal challenge - How to keep that feeling going when I'm home and back in my normal environment. This is something I struggle with every trip home but it seems a little more this time. I think it's because the more you go and have those experiences the more they mean to you. It's just so hard to keep it going when you're back in the real world with work, laundry, clean the house and tv to catch up on ;-)
So my plan is to try to incorporate at least some in my home life. I'm not sure what that means but I think first I need to grasp that it is different at home and so it's going to be defeating to expect the same intensity daily that you have away from home without all the distractions. At first, I will try to carve out a period of time, maybe 2 hours a week, where I can be with no distractions at all and then slowly see if I can increase the frequency of those times or the length of them and then slowly see if I can carry that feeling with me through the rest of my week. What do you think? ;-)
Anyway, I really just wanted to say to the other fellow travelers, I hope all is well with you and I thank-you, from the bottom of my heart for coming with us and sharing your time, thoughts and energy. You are an amazing group of strong, inspirational women.
