moved to Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and three small children. She worked as a commercial insurance agent for seven years. In 1994 she formed Sunwest Insurance Brokers, where she continues to provide professional liability insurance for attorneys as an independent broker. Her children, Stacey, Jeff and Jake, all grown and successful in their own rites, live in the Phoenix area. Her four grandchildren; Mackenzie, Carter, Noah and Chloe are the loves of her life. The other love of her life, her husband, Mike, is a Pastor that provides Pastoral Care & Counseling for individuals, couples and families. Debbie has been a volunteer with Hospice of the Valley, and the East Valley Child Crisis Center, and helped her husband form ASPIRE Ministry (Assisting Single Parents in Righteous Endeavors.) Her love of exploring the world and connecting with people, has taken her to 31 states in the U.S. and 17 countries abroad. She is passionate about personal and spiritual growth and is continuously on that path, figuratively by being actively involved in programs like Tara Mohr's "Playing Big" and quite literally by walking 145 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain September 2013. Debbie's purpose is encouraging others and helping them to be open to the infinite possibilities of their lives!

She has been part of the team at what is currently URS for 27+ years, and served in capacities, such as; Surveying, CADD Design/Trainer, Design Management and Project Controls Manager. She has traveled extensively as a result of her work, and has lived in Arizona, California, Utah, Connecticut, New Mexico and Texas. She has two Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix dogs, Stella and Mollie, that keep her very busy! Sylvia’s purpose is helping others embrace the fullness of who they are, and accepting and loving themselves right where they are!
Three Sisters Living Their Passion
Individually, it’s obvious that we have different educational and career backgrounds and we live very different lives. Our differences, we believe, are what help make this experience unique. But setting our individuality aside, there are two passions that we all share.
First -- We are completely committed to encouraging, supporting, empowering, nurturing and igniting women to live their best lives ever. We feel it’s only when you love and feel good about yourself, that you have something to offer others.
Our combined vision in this is threefold:
1) To assist women in recognizing their divinity. Who they are right now. Not who they aspire to be. But to appreciate and love themselves today.
2) To help open their eyes to the potential for their lives. To consider something new and unrealistic for themselves. To dream a big dream.
3) To remind them of the many incredible things in life to appreciate. To be moved by a sunset. To savor an incredible dinner. To giggle with a child.
And second – Travel.
Together and separately, we’ve traveled extensively. We can’t wait to share the special hidden out-of-the-way treasures we’ve discovered with other adventurous women. But, we believe that what truly makes the experience special, is more than a beautiful exotic locale. It’s the people. We especially love sharing the hospitality and friendship of the lovely people we’ve met on our travels with other women.
